As a traveler by profession I've stepped foot inside many waxing salons and each time it's an uncomfortable feeling, but not at Silky Touch. Oh no, not here, from the moment you walk in you are greeted with genuine welcome in parallel with a passion of enthusiasm to make your experience the best it can be. As you make your way to the back of the shop the anxiety of entrusting a stranger with your eyebrows suddenly doesn't seem so unnerving. It was almost like meeting with an old friend, but this friend happens to be really good at waxing and lashes and alot of other things! I loved the way my brows turned out! Katie did an amazing job and I will keep on going back to her as long as I am in town. P.s You can always say Audrey sent you 🙂.

I had the BEST facial of my life! Not only is Katie super warm and welcoming she listens to your needs and concerns. My face and skin glowed days later, and I could still see the benefits of the hydration and massage techniques. She doesnt just slap on the moisutizer and send you on your way. The products she used smelled and felt wonderful with out being overwhelming, and the bonus foot massage was fantastic! She doesn't upsell unless you're truly interested and the atmosphere is relaxing. I won't go anywhere else!

Katie did my eye lash lift and gave me a facial. I have very sensitive skin (rosacea) and I can honestly say that when I woke up the next morning my face was glowing. My eyelashes look great and my skin looks and feels healthy. I’m so glad I found, Katie! I will be back!

I was fortunate enough to find Katie for some skin care, before my wedding. A couple of visits and she had my skin glowing and ready for my wedding day with barely there makeup. Her facials are unreal. You get the quality skin care of a highly trained aestician, but with the rest and relaxation of a sorceress! It is more like a face massage. I have very sensitive skin that did not tolerate waxing previously. Following Katie's skin product recommendations and after care instructions I have had no issues. I highly recommend her Ow and WOW services anytime. Having a Brazilian can be well you know awkward , but her professionalism and relaxed private room made this an enjoyable experience.

I have had the dermaplane facial as well as the lash tint and curl and this lady knows how to make you feel pampered and polished. She listens to your concerns and is so knowledgeable you leave feeling better about how to make sure you're taking care of yourself well.
